Your Cruise includes:

Rates: In Dollars, for six nights and are subject to change with or without notice.

Booking Regulations: At time of booking, a 25% deposit is required. The final balance is payable 90 days prior to departure date. One guest must handle all booking arrangements for the charter/group.

Not Included: Air transportation, trip cancellation or health & accident insurance, optional hot air balloon flights & other activities not stipulated such as golf and tennis, massage and beauty treatment. A 5 % gratuity for the crew is customary in the industry.

Insurance: Accident & Health Insurance and Cancellation Insurance are recommended for all guests and tours.

Cancellation Charges: More than 90 days prior to the departure: entire deposit. Less than 90 days prior to the departure, entire charter cost.

Itineraries: Please note that on alternate weeks the route of travel is reversed. Meeting points and pick up times may be changed at the discretion of the operator.

Reservation of rights: French Waterways reserves the right to cancel or alter as it deems necessary any itinerary in all or in part. French Waterways may advance, cancel or delay sailing in the event of an act of God, strike, riot, terrorism or for any and all reasons. All routes are subject to change without notice. If navigation must be suspended the guest will continue to be accommodated.

No Liability and Force Majeure: French Waterways is not liable for personal illness, injury or death, property damage or loss by theft, incurred by a guest for the duration of the trip.
